The Financial Secretary has appointed Clement Chan and Neville Watkins members of the Market Misconduct Tribunal to probe the listed securities of China Overseas Land & Investment.

Mr Chan is a certified public accountant and Mr Watkins is a practising solicitor. They are familiar with the operation of Hong Kong's financial markets and will sit on the tribunal under the chairmanship of Court of First Instance Judge Justice Lunn.

The hearing will start at 4.30pm tomorrow at the Market Misconduct Tribunal in the Lippo Centre.
