The Integrated Call Centre, commonly known as 1823 Citizen's Easy Link, will upgrade its telephone network between midnight and 3am on October 19. Residents will have difficulty connecting to the centre and 19 departments' hotlines during the period.
The centre will be moving into facilities in Tsuen Wan. Upgrading of the telephone network is slated to occur between midnight and 3am on Friday.
Citizens may experience problems in connecting to 1823 and the 19 department hotlines the centre handles during the period. They may access the centre's service through its webpage.
The centre will make all efforts to reduce the interruption during the service migration and asks for public understanding if any inconvenience is caused.
