The returning officer for the the by-election in the Kowloon City District Council Hung Hom Bay constituency has received a second nomination. The nomination period, which began on June 13, will end on June 27.
Voting will take place on July 29.
The second candidate is Chay Chung-leung, an interior designer. The first candidate to apply was engineering consultant Cheung Yan-hong. Neither candidate has a political affiliation.
