Sze Lun-hung wins by-election

Counting in by-election
Ballot count: Secretary for Constitutional Affairs Stephen Lam and Electoral Affairs Commission Chairman Justice Pang Kin-kee open the first ballot box.
*

Sze Lun-hung has won the Kwun Tong District Council Kai Yip Constituency by-election.

 

A total of 3,392 electors cast their ballots, representing a turnout of 46.97%.

 

Mr Sze got 2,020 votes against Frederick Lam 's 1,352.
