*

Two nominations have been received for the Kwun Tong District Council Kai Yip By-election, the Registration & Electoral Office says.

The nominees are education project officer Sze Lun-hung from the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment & Progress of Hong Kong, and community worker Frederick Lam, an independent.

The Returning Officer will rule on the validity of the nominees' candidature. Voting for a contested election is set for May 20. The returned candidate will fill a vacant seat of an elected member in the Kwun Tong District Council.
