Tong Po-chun won the by-election held yesterday in Sha Tin District Council's Kam Ying Constituency.

 

A total of 3,390 registered electors of the constituency cast their ballots, representing a turnout of 35.35%.

 

Ms Tong got 1,704 votes to beat the other three candidates vying for the seat.
