Secretary for the Environment, Transport & Works Dr Sarah Liao has passed her condolences to the family of former Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation Chairman and Chief Executive Officer KY Yeung who died yesterday from ill health.

Hailing his contribution to the KCRC, Dr Liao said Mr Yeung was a distinguished leader, serving during a decade of rapid expansion for Hong Kong's railway network.
