Second candidate enters Sha Tin by-election
*

A second nomination was put forward today for theSha Tin District Council Kam Ying Constituency by-election.

 

Liberal Party member and certified public accountant Wong Shun-loy will contest a vacant councillor seat.

 

The other contender, nominated on January 25, is Frontier Party-affiliated solicitor Wong Huk-kam. 

 

The nomination period runs until February 7 and the the by-election will be held on March 11.
