Joseph Lee has been appointed as a new vice-chairman of the Independent Police Complaints Council while Barry Cheung, Dr Lawrence Lam and Wong Kwok-yan have been named as council members.

Incumbent vice-chairmen Daniel Lam and Dr Lui Ming-wah and members Yeung Yiu-chung, Dr Lo Wing-lok, Edward Pong, Hui Yung-chung, Professor Tsou Ka-yin, Dr Tse Tak-fu, and Priscilla Wong Pui-sze have been reappointed.
