The Water Supplies and Electrical & Mechanical Services Departments will implement phase two of the five-day week scheme next month. Their emergency services will not be affected.

The daily operating hours of the Water Supplies Department's five Customer Enquiry Centres and the Meter Testing Laboratory, and Electrical & Mechanical Services Department's Customer Services Office will be extended on weekdays. They will close weekends.

Enquiries can be made via the Water Supplies Department hotline 2824 5000, by post, email to wsdinfo@wsd.gov.hk, fax 2802 7333, or via the department's drop-in-box on the ground floor of WSD Headquarters at Immigration Tower, 7 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai.

For the Electrical & Mechanical Services Department, the public and relevant trade sectors can submit their applications by post or through the web-based registration services.

People are welcome to visit the dedicated webpage on the five-day week or call the 24-hour Citizen's Easy Link on 1823 for further details.
