New Zealand Prime Minister Helen Clark will arrive in Hong Kong December 13 for an official visit after attending the East Asia Summit in the Philippines.

She will hold a bilateral meeting with Chief Executive Donald Tsang on December 15. He will then host an official luncheon for her.
