Mr Wai, currently the Deputy Secretary for the Environment, Transport & Works, will assume the post of Director of Highways on November 28. He will succeed Mak Chai-kwong who took up the post of Permanent Secretary for the Environment, Transport & Works on September 19.
Mr Lo is Deputy Commissioner of Rating & Valuation. He will succeed Kenneth Pang as Commissioner from November 29, when Mr Pang will proceed on pre-retirement leave after 39 years of service.
Mr Ho, currently Deputy Director of Electrical & Mechanical Services, will succeed Roger Lai as Director from December 16. Mr Lai will proceed on pre-retirement leave on the same day after 25 years of service.
"The two retiring officers have rendered dedicated and commendable service throughout the years. We wish them a happy retirement," she added.
