One nomination has been received for the Eastern District Council Tsui Wan Constituency by-election. The nominee is Ku Kwai-yiu, a techinican with no political affiliation.

The by-election opened for nominations on June 26 and will run until August 8. If there is more than one validly nominated candidate in a constituency, a poll will be held in that constituency on September 10.
