Louis Fung and Vincent Kwan have been appointed as members of the Insider Dealing Tribunal to probe the listed securities of Harbour Ring International Holdings (known as Hutchison Harbour Ring).

Mr Fung is a solicitor, while Mr Kwan is a solicitor, certified public accountant and the General Manager (Legal) of Sino Land. Both are familiar with the operation of Hong Kong's financial markets. They will sit on the tribunal under the chairmanship of Deputy High Court Judge Saunders.
