Kwok Leung-ming, Eddy Chan and Ava Ng will head the Correctional Services, Food & Environmental Hygiene, and Planning Departments in late July, the Civil Service Bureau says.
Mr Kwok, Deputy Commissioner of Correctional Services, will succeed Pang Sung-yuen as Commissioner on July 23. Mr Chan, Deputy Secretary for Health, Welfare & Food, will succeed Gregory Leung as Director of Food & Environmental Hygiene on July 24. Mrs Ng, Deputy Director of Planning, will succeed Bosco Fung as Director on July 28.

Further appointments
Former Deputy Secretary for the Environment, Transport & Works Clement Cheung will succeed Richard Yuen as Commissioner of Insurance on July 31. Secretary to the Commission on Poverty Cherry Tse will assume the post of Permanent Secretary for Constitutional Affairs on August 7.
Secretary for the Civil Service Denise Yue said the appointees are all experienced senior civil servants with rich experience in public administration and proven leadership and management abilities.
She said Mr Leung, Mr Pang and Mr Fung have all served with drive and commitment. They have rendered loyal and dedicated service to the community and have made exemplary contributions to the development of Hong Kong in various spheres.
