Sidney Lee won the by-elections held yesterday in Central & Western District Council Centre Street constituency.

A total of 2,275 electors of the constituency cast their ballots, representing a 36.88% turnout.

Mr Lee got 1,128 votes and beat the other two candidates vying for the seat.
