The Registration & Electoral Office will arrange a by-election to fill the vacancy in the Central & Western District Council (Centre Street Constituency).

The office was held by elected member Henry Leung who died March 24.

The Home Affairs Department will declare by notice in the Gazette tomorrow the existence of the vacancy and the election will be arranged within three months.
