Andrew Leung has been named the Vocational Training Council Chairman for a two-year term from January 1, while Harry Lee, Stanley Lau and Adrian Li have been appointed as council members.

Clement Chen has been reappointed the council's deputy chairman while incumbent members Roy Chung and Law Song-seng have also been reappointed.

Secretary for Education & Manpower Professor Arthur Li welcomed the appointments and thanked Yeung Kai-yin, the outgoing chairman, for his contribution to the council since January 1998.
