Jasper Tsang and Christopher Cheng have been reappointed Securities & Futures Commission Non-Executive Directors for two years.

The Financial Services & the Treasury Bureau said the pair have been instrumental in enhancing the commission's corporate governance, accountability and transparency, and bringing independent views to the management.

The commission has seven non-executive directors. The others are Raymond Kwok, York Liao, Eddy Fong, Kenneth Kwok and Liu Pak-wai.
