Belgian Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt will arrive in Hong Kong November 10 for a three-day visit.

Chief Executive Donald Tsang will hold a bilateral meeting with the prime minister and host an official luncheon.

The prime minister will also attend a dinner function for the Best of Belgium Festival, and hold a seminar to promote the Double Taxation Agreement, new national interest measures taken by the Belgian government, and the country's finance and investment relations with Hong Kong.
