The Chief Executive has appointed Quinn Law as Urban Renewal Authority Executive Director (Commercial & Corporate) for three years from November 1.

The post is to deputise for the authority's Managing Director in commercial operations, business strategy formulation and financial and human resources planning and management.

A consultancy firm was commissioned to conduct an open recruitment exercise for the post. A number of suitable candidates were shortlisted for interview by a selection panel, which comprised representatives of the Housing, Planning & Lands Bureau, Financial Services & the Treasury Bureau and the authority.
