Kwun Tong by-election cards issued
*

Poll cards for the Kwun Tong District Council King Tin Constituency by-election on October 23 have been posted to registered electors. Those who have not yet received poll cards can call the election hotline 2891 1001.

The Registration & Electoral Office said 7,800 electors should have also received an appeal letter from the Returning Officer, a map of their designated polling station, a guide to voting, an leaflet on clean elections and an abridged version of the candidates' introductory leaflet.

Legislator Fred Li, engineering consultant Cheung Shun-wah and social worker Chan Man Luen-ying are competing.

Two polling stations - FDBWA Szeto Ho Secondary School, 7 Kai Tin Road, Lam Tin; and, Lam Tin (West) Estate Community Centre, 71 Kai Tin Road - will open 7.30am to 10.30pm.

Vote counting will take place at the stations after polls close. Results will be announced at FDBWA Szeto Ho Secondary School.
