One more nomination has been received for the Kwun Tong District Council King Tin Constituency by-election, bringing the total to three. The submission came from social worker Chan Man Luen-ying.

The other candidates are Cheung Shun-wah, a consultant, and legislator Fred Li.

The nomination period will run until September 21. Voting will take place on October 23.
