One more nomination has been received for the Kwun Tong District Council King Tin Constituency by-election, bringing the total to two. The submission came from legislator Fred Li.
The other candidate is Cheung Shun-wah, a consultant.
The nomination period will run until September 21. Voting will take place on October 23.
