Appointments

Curriculum Council chairman reappointed
*

Professor Wong Yuk-shan has been reappointed Curriculum Development Council Chairman for two years, the Education & Manpower Bureau says.

 

Appointed as new members are Dr David Bunton, Chan Tsang Kin-lok, Jao Ming, Dr Lee Kar-tin, Dr Lo Kin-ki, Ng Hok-ling, Pang Cheung Yee-fan and Joshua Yau. They will join reappointed members Alex Cheung, Lai Shu-ho, Professor Albert Lee, Joseph Lee, Dr Leung Sai-wing, Tsang Chi-hung, Tsui Kwai-king and Yung Heung-hung.

 

Secretary for Education & Manpower Professor Arthur Li thanked the eight outgoing members - Anthony Au, Professor Chan Wing-ming, Cinda Chan, Eddy Lee, Eric Leung, Lo Lee Oi-lin, Ng Sui-kou and Professor Amy Tsui - for their contributions to the council.

 

The Curriculum Development Council advises the Government on all matters relating to curriculum development for the local school system from kindergartens to senior secondary education.
