A $2-million grant from the Disaster Relief Fund has been approved for World Vision's emergency relief for Sichuan's flood victims.

The move brings the total value of grants for Mainland flood victims to $3 million. A disbursement of $1 million was made in mid-July for relief in Hunan and Guizhou.

To ensure the money is used correctly, World Vision must submit an evaluation report and audited accounts after the relief project to the Disaster Relief Fund Advisory Committee.
