Rafael Hui: The former Secretary for Financial Services joined the Civil Service in 1970 and has held many key posts.

The State Council approved today the appointment of Rafael Hui as the Chief Secretary of Administration for Hong Kong on the nomination of Chief Executive Donald Tsang, in accordance with the Basic Law.

Mr Tsang and Mr Hui are expected to meet the media later this afternoon.
