The Judicial Officers Recommendation Commission has appointed Ambrose Ho, Michael Lintern-Smith, Professor Tsui Lap-chee and Dr Rosanna Wong new members for a two-year term.

Mr Ho is a Senior Counsel and serves on a number of Government advisory bodies including the Air Pollution Control Appeal Board Panel and the Appeal Board Panel of Toys & Children's Products Safety.

Mr Lintern-Smith is a Law Society and High Court Rules Committee member.

Prof Tsui is the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Hong Kong and a member of the Council for Sustainable Development and the Steering Committee on Innovation & Technology member.

Dr Rosanna Wong is the Executive Director of the Federation of Youth Groups and Education Commission Chairman.

Patrick Chan, Pang Kin-kee and Dr Victor Fung have been re-appointed for a one-year term.

The commission advises the Chief Executive on filling vacancies in judicial offices.
