3 Cyberport directors named

Cyberport

Anthony Au, Nicholas Brooke and Jonathan Choi have been appointed the Hong Kong Cyberport's directors for two years from June 5.

 

Six incumbent directors - John Strickland, Florence Chan, Paul Chow, Herbert Hui, Daniel Lai and Samuel Tsien - have also been re-appointed.

 

Permanent Secretary for Commerce, Industry & Technology Francis Ho welcomed the new directors and thanked the re-appointed and outgoing directors for their valuable contributions.

 

The four outgoing directors are Professor Roland Chin, Lawrence Fung, Professor Lee Chack-fan and David Lee.

 

The board of directors will elect its chairman for the new term at the meeting on June 10.

 

The board members are:

*John Strickland (incumbent Chairman);

*Florence Chan;

*Paul Chow;

*Herbert Hui;

*Daniel Lai;

*Samuel Tsien;

*Anthony Au;

*Nicholas Brooke;

*Jonathan Choi;

*Permanent Secretary for Commerce, Industry & Technology Francis Ho; and

*Permanent Secretary for Financial Services & the Treasury Alan Lai.
