Link Management has appointed Paul Cheng as a non-executive director and Chairman of the Board of Directors from April 1.

He succeeds Peter Wong who has tendered his resignation.

Mr Cheng, a former Legislative Councillor, has served on numerous statutory bodies. He was formerly Chairman of Inchcape Pacific, the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and the American Chamber of Commerce.

He is a Hong Kong Jockey Club Steward and an independent non-executive director of several listed companies on the Stock Exchange.

"I am delighted to accept the appointment to continue the mission of the company to bring the best service to the public," Mr Cheng said.
