The Southern District Council Ap Lei Chau North Constituency by-election has two new nominees, bringing the total to four.

One of the new nominees is engineer Chiu Kwin-shing while the other is Petrus Chan, an ex-vice president of a commercial banking division. Both have no political affiliation.

The nomination period will end on February 16 and polls will be held on March 20.
