The Southern District Council Ap Lei Chau North Constituency by-election has received a new nominee, bringing the total to two.
He is property manager Wan Kam-cheung, affiliated to the Democratic Party. The other nominee is secretary Cheung Sik Yung, with no political affiliation.
The nomination period will end on February 16 and polls will be held on March 20.
