The Chief Executive has re-appointed Billy Lam as the Managing Director of the Urban Renewal Authority and Andrew Lam as Executive Director. Both appointment are effective from tomorrow for a three-year term.

Billy Lam oversees the overall operation of the authority.  Andrew Lam is responsible for the planning and development of the urban-renewal programme.

The incumbent Executive Director (Finance) Andy Lee will leave the position after the expiry of his contract today. The Executive Director (Finance) post will be retitled as Executive Director (Corporate & Commercial) for which an open recruitment exercise is being conducted.
