Vote for the best Transport frontline staff
*
Transport Department

Members of the public are invited to visit the Transport Department offices from November 22 to 26 to nominate the best frontline staff for the "Best Customer Service Awards 2004/05" - and get the chance to win a $100 gift coupon.

The public can nominate any of the frontline staff at the department's Driving Services Section and Vehicle Safety & Standards Division and Licensing Section (including Licensing Unit, Vehicle Inspection and Records Unit, Cross Boundary Unit and Public Vehicles Unit) for their quality customer service.

The department said the objective of the award is to encourage frontline staff to continue providing quality service to the public, adding it is determined to provide quality customer service that meets customers' expectations.

There will be 54 individual and group awards, and results will be announced at an award presentation ceremony in mid-January next year.

To appreciate the public's support for the event, there will be 20 prizes of $100 gift coupons for winning nominators through a lucky draw.
