One more nomination has been received for the Southern District Council Tin Wan Constituency by-election today, bringing the total to three.

The nominee is Wong Huk Kam, a solicitor who is politically affiliated with The Frontier.

The two-week nomination period will run until October 20, while the poll is scheduled for Sunday, November 21.
