One more nomination has been received for the Southern District Council Tin Wan Constituency by-election today, bringing the total to two.

The nominee is Chan Fu-ming, an executive of the office of a District Council member.

The two-week nomination period will run until October 20, while the poll is scheduled for Sunday, November 21.
