The Constitutional Development Task Force led by Chief Secretary for Administration Donald Tsang will meet with National People's Congress Standing Committee representatives in Shenzhen on April 22.

Mr Tsang, Secretary for Justice Elsie Leung and Secretary for Constitutional Affairs Stephen Lam will brief them on the task force's second report.

The task force members will return to Hong Kong later that day.

The committee will discuss the Chief Executive's report on Hong Kong's constitutional development when it meets on April 25 and 26.
