Public views on the principle matters related to Hong Kong's constitutional development are more divergent than the procedural issues, Chief Secretary for Administration Donald Tsang says.
Speaking after meeting with LegCo Election Committee members today, Mr Tsang said the Constitutional Development Task Force is going to study all the views it has received so far and draft a report.
The task force will seek meetings with the Central Government through the Chief Executive's Office and convey the views to the Central Authorities.
