New post: Tai Po District Officer Charles Chan succeeds Frankie Lui.

New Tai Po District Officer Charles Chan will assume duty on Monday, succeeding Frankie Lui.

Mr Chan joined the Government's Administrative Service in 1989 and has served in various branches/bureaux and departments.

They included the former Health & Welfare Branch, the Office of Telecommunications Authority, the former City & New Territories Administration, the former Trade & Industry Branch, the Home Affairs Department, the Home Affairs Bureau as well as the Economic Development & Labour Bureau.

Mr Chan completed Harvard University's LEAD Programme before joining the Tai Po District Office.
