Chief Secretary Donald Tsang will depart for Zhuhai on November 6 to attend the World Economic Development Declaration Conference.

Mr Tsang will address the opening ceremony of the conference. He will also deliver a speech at the "Guangdong, Hong Kong & Macau Investment & Trade Promotion Fair" organised under the auspices of the conference in the afternoon.
