51 more nominations for DC Election

A total of 51 nominations for the 2003 District Council Election were received by Returning Officers of the 18 districts today (October 3).

This brings to 431 the total number of nominees since the two-week nomination period started on October 2.

A total of 400 District Council members for the 18 District Councils, one for each constituency, will be elected on November 23.
