The tender for a residential site in Tung Chung has been awarded on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $602 million, the Lands Department announced today.

Tung Chung Town Lot No. 55 at Area 106B in Tung Chung was awarded to Land Castle, a subsidiary of Sun Hung Kai Properties.

It has a site area of about 10,648 sq m and is designated for private residential purposes.

The site's minimum and maximum gross floor area are 22,361 sq m and 37,268 sq m.
