The Lands Department announced today that it registered 15 lease modifications and two lot extensions in the Land Registry during the quarter ending December 2024, adding that two were technical changes involving no premium.

Of the land transactions, seven are located on Hong Kong Island, six are in Kowloon and four are in the New Territories.

There were no private treaty grants and land exchanges registered during the period.

The land transactions realised a total land premium of about $618.7 million.
