15 pre-sale consents issued in Q4

The Lands Department announced today that it issued 15 pre-sale consents for residential developments involving 8,114 units in the fourth quarter of 2024.

 

Among the residential developments, 13 are phased developments.

 

One of the developments in Kowloon Tong involving three phases providing 133 units was expected to be completed last year.

 

Two developments are expected to be completed this year, both of which are in Kai Tak involving a total of 627 units.

 

There will be another two developments, also involving two phases, expected to be completed in 2026. One is located in Tai Po providing 1,247 units, while the other, comprising 825 units, is in Wong Chuk Hang.

 

The remaining developments are expected to be completed in 2027. Two developments are in Kai Tak and involve 1,007 units, while there is one in Fanling with 765 units and one in Sai Kung with 960 units. There is also a development with two phases in Tseung Kwan O providing 2,550 units.

 

At the end of last year, 19 applications for pre-sale consent for residential developments, comprising a total of 8,527 residential units, were being processed.

 

In addition, the department is handling 10 applications for consent to assign, pertaining to 3,967 residential units and three non-residential units.

 

Three applications for pre-sale consent for non-residential developments were also being processed.
