Secretary for Justice Paul Lam will depart for a three-day visit to Beijing tomorrow, the Government announced today.

In the capital city, Mr Lam will attend the opening ceremony of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre Beijing Representative Office, and call on relevant central ministries and institutions.

Mr Lam will return to Hong Kong on December 17. During his absence, Deputy Secretary for Justice Cheung Kwok-kwan will be Acting Secretary.
