As a token of mourning by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government for the late former Chairman of the Standing Committee of the 10th and 11th National People’s Congress Wu Bangguo, flags on display at the Central Government Offices, Government House, all Hong Kong SAR boundary control and check points, and at Hong Kong International Airport, will be flown at half-mast on October 14, following notification by the Central People’s Government.

Both the national flag and the flag of the Hong Kong SAR will be flown at half-mast at each location.
