A Sha Tin site in the 2024-25 Land Sale Programme will be sold by public tender from September 27, the Lands Department announced today.

Sha Tin Town Lot No. 625 is designated for non-industrial purposes excluding its use as a godown, hotel and petrol filling station.

It has a site area of about 5,652 sq m with a minimum gross floor area of 16,956 sq m and a maximum gross floor area of 28,260 sq m.

The tender invitation for the lot will close on October 25.

The land sale documents will be available on the department's website from September 27.
