Secretary for Culture, Sports & Tourism Kevin Yeung will depart tomorrow for Beijing, where he will attend the 2024 World Conference on Tourism Cooperation & Development the next day. He will also witness the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Hong Kong Tourism Board and the World Tourism Cities Federation on co-hosting a summit in 2025.

He will also call on the General Administration of Sport of China.

Mr Yeung will return to Hong Kong on September 13. During his absence, Under Secretary for Culture, Sports & Tourism Raistlin Lau will be Acting Secretary.
