Secretary for Housing Winnie Ho will lead a Housing Department delegation to Zhuhai and Shenzhen for two days starting July 21.

Also joining the visit are 16 Legislative Councillors, including members of the LegCo Panel on Housing.

They will learn about the latest situation regarding the research, development and applications of innovative construction technologies in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area cities.

They will also tour a Modular Integrated Construction module manufacturing plant, visit local public rental housing projects, community facilities, learn about smart property management and meet relevant local officials.

Ms Ho will return to Hong Kong on the evening of July 22. During her absence, Under Secretary for Housing Victor Tai will be Acting Secretary.
