Secretary for Home & Youth Affairs Alice Mak will visit Shanghai tomorrow to attend the opening ceremony of the first batch of the training programme for seventh-term District Council members.

She will also meet officials from the Hong Kong & Macao Affairs Office of the State Council and the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government.

Miss Mak will return to Hong Kong on Sunday. During her absence, Under Secretary for Home & Youth Affairs Clarence Leung will be Acting Secretary.
